For Chess, Computer/LAN, RPGA, Steve Jackson games and White Wolf the link below will put you in email contact with the person in charge of scheduling that area. Only these area heads can place you on the schedule in those areas.

For all other areas we are trying something new. The link below will take you to a grid showing open tables and times - To schedule a game at HexaCon look at the grid for the appropriate area, find an open time you like and fill out the Game Master Form and we will place you on the schedule.

If you commit to running three games or 12 hours of gaming you may qualify for a reduced Game Master membership. The commitment must be made before October 1, 2006. Scheduled Game Masters are allowed access to our 24 hour Staff Lounge with real food and, if all scheduled games/hours are completed, will be given a complimentary membership to HexaCon 17 as a further thank you.

Game Masters wishing to take advantage of this offer must fill out the Game Master Form and schedule their games pre-con. All Game Masters should be sure to fill out the appropriate paperwork at the convention and turn it in so we are able to credit your hours/games properly.

Additionally, we hope to be able to offer on-line sign-up for games other than RPGA so as soon as you schedule a game we will provide an on-line sign in sheet. This is totally an experiment and largely dependent on how much I learn about web design *grin* but I'm willing to try if you all are
