    CASFS Party Policy: Private individuals and groups are welcome to hold parties near, around, and/or during CASFS events. (Most often, these are parties held in privately rented hotel rooms at and during CASFS conventions.) CASFS has no control over these parties and thus is not responsible for any activity at them.

    Those holding parties at CASFS events are reminded of Arizona's laws concerning alcohol and illegal substances.

    Parties must be registered with the convention office no later than 2pm on the day they are held. Your room must be located within the "Party Area" in order to be registered. For CopperCon 31 (2011) if you plan to hold a party please inform the hotel that you need to on the first or second floor when making your reservations. Contacting our hotel liaison as well is strongly suggested.

    Parties held at CASFS events that allow non-event members to participate may not be registered or placed within our "Party Zone". If a party, whether within our "Party Zone" or not, allows non-event members to participate they understand that by doing so they forfeit the right to discounted convention hotel rates nor will the convention act as a buffer between the party and hotel security.
