ANI/COS - COSPLAY FOR NOOBS. This panel will show and discuss cosplay and how even the newest fan can dress as their favorite anime character. From the simplest to the most difficult, cosplaying will be explained step-by-step. Ideas will be discussed and completed outfits will be displayed.
