Cordials are defined as "a stimulating medicine or drink" and alcoholic cordials are often referred to as liqueurs. They can be as easy as a 5 minute "mix and shake" or as complicated as the apple brandy that has been sitting in the dark in the linen closet for the last 5 years. Mead making will also be discussed.
