DEMO – BOOK MENDING WORKSHOP.  We’ll show you the tricks we’ve picked up; from removing library stickers to replacing the mylar cover to regluing the spine.  If you have a favorite book that needs a little TLC, bring it along.

DEMO – THE TRUTH ABOUT POLYGRAPH.  Is it reliable?  Is it valid?  How does it work?  Why does it work?  Do they allow it in court?  Can your employer use it?  How many questions can they ask?  Can you beat it?  Do drugs affect it?  How much time does a test take?  Bring your questions, curiosity and desire to see an actual polygraph examination being conducted.  A volunteer will be selected by a drawing at the beginning of the panel.
