Book Donations for Homeless Children

There will be a special donation box near the Arizona Fan Table. We will be collecting books to distribute to homeless children. This donation will place a book directly into the hands of a homeless child for them to keep. This is not a thrift store or a library. The age ranges vary, but we would particularly like to see juvenile fiction. Please take some time to clear your shelves and closets of unneeded books and help a child. We will take anything you bring - if you donate adult fiction, we have an agreement with a local bookseller to exchange adult fiction for juvenile fiction. So keep an eye out for the big Harry Potter donation box. The box will be at future LepreCon and CopperCon conventions so please keep it in mind for the future.
Sponsored by the Western Science Fiction Association

Special Location Notes: Anime, Video and Hospitality Suite are on the second floor.  The Demo room and Reading Room are on the first floor. Also, convention Registration is located in the hotel lobby next to the hotel registration and not outside the dealer's room.

Hospitality Suite - As always, we'll have a hospitality suite where you can relax and chat with other fans.  We'll have chips, munchies, soda, coffee and more.  Dealer's Room - Our Dealer's Room is full (with a waiting list).  You'll be able to find all sorts of interesting stuff from our dealers.   Dealers in the room include Bary Bard, Moebius Enterprises, Samurai Comics, Night Hawk Studios, Massoglia Books, Banner Knife and Garb, Phoenix Filk Circle.

ASU Space Science Exhibit - Dr. David Williams from Arizona State University will have an exhibit with info on current and upcoming Planetary Exploration missions.

Freebie Tables - You can find info on other conventions, movie posters and buttons, bookmarks and who knows what else will turn up on our overflowing freebie tables.

Fan Tables - Many local fan organizations will have tables where you can learn more about their upcoming events.
