| Special Location Notes: For this year's CopperCon,
we have moved the Hospitality Suite, Video, Anime and the Programming Demo
Room over to the other side of the hotel, closer to the convention center.
To get there, head South from the convention center instead of West on
the other side of the hotel lobby. Anime, Video and Hospitality Suite
are on the second floor. The Demo room and Reading Room are on the
first floor. Also, convention Registration is located in the hotel lobby
next to the hotel registration and not outside the dealer's room.
Hospitality Suite - As always, we'll have a hospitality suite
where you can relax and chat with other fans. We'll have chips, munchies,
soda, coffee and more.
Velavison/Information Services
-
The crew from Velavision will be reporting the news of the convention by
publishing the newsletter the “ Palantiri” (“seeing stones”).
-
Watch interviews with artists, writers, special guests and past masquerades
and film making behind the scenes videos. These will be seen on a video/
TV combination in the Hospitality Suite.
-
Velavision is interested in interviewing people who have convention stories
and would like to share these with everyone. Please go To Room 3051 where
we can video tape these stories for future Velavision programming.
-
If you think that you know your sounds from television or movies and You
like to compete against others you should participate in “What’s that Byte”,
which will be hosted by Velavision.
Dealer's Room - Our Dealer's Room is full (with a waiting list).
You'll be able to find all sorts of interesting stuff from our dealers.

the 501st Imperial Stormtrooper Legion. For a look at what they did
