winning SF Author of Doomsday Book, Passage, To Say Nothing
of the Dog and Bellwether. Connie has been awarded 8 Hugo Awards,
9 Locus Poll Awards and 6 Nebula Awards. Her books have an epic feel to
them and range from laugh out loud funny to very deadly serious.
She is currently working on All Clear, a time travel novel to the
time of the London Blitz. Her most recent novel, Passage,
deals with the study of near-death experiences and the sinking of the Titanic.
It was nominated for the 2001 Hugo Award for Best Novel, losing to Neil
Gaiman's American Gods.
