CopperCon is a literary sf convention that also features an art show, masquerade, convention hospitality suite, several tracks of program, gaming, dealer's room, video room, japanimation, charity auction, filking, meet the pros reception, and more!

José Farmer will not be
appearing at CopperCon 2000 due to a serious illness in his family.
In addition to several tracks of programming, CopperCon 2000 will have an Art Show & Auction, Dealer's Room, Hospitality Suite, Computer Room, Video Room, Anime Room, and Gaming. Special events include the Masquerade, Meet the Pros reception, Modern Dance, UFP's SciFi Jeopardy, SciFi movie and television previews, and much more. Special Thursday night activities for Pre-registered members!
If you are pre-registered for the convention, come by Thursday night to pick up your badge and chat with some of our guests in the con suite. We're expecting to have Poul & Karen Anderson, Vincent DiFate & Cecilia Eng joining us. We'll also have open gaming, snacks & soda in the con suite, and some video programming.
Other Program Participants include Artists Brett Bass & Robert Daniel, who will be painting in the art show throughout the convention, Karen Anderson, Duranna Durgin, Planetary Geologist David Williams and other authors, scientists and experts.
