Tributes and Memories
"Danger, Danger" was all he said.
(Tribute to Bob May)

"Danger, Danger" was all he said.
The robot then stood still.
His arms are suddenly down and deactivated
In a world found but lost in space.

"Danger, Danger" was all he said.
The Robot knew the Robinson family is safe
And grown up to other things in the universe
As Will follow Dr. Smith.

"Danger, Danger" was all he said.
Silent now overcame the metal object.
It became a robot-rock memorial
Protecting no more.
Thoughts

I've met Bob May on my first California convention, Star Trek Grand Slam by Creation. He was a big guy with a big heart. Even though he smoked, Bob was approachable and in my book, a cool guy. He even mentioned about his cheap 'special effects' on the TV series, "Lost in Space."

With the price of few good cigars, Bob would smoke in the robot to make it appear that it was steaming. Funny, this did not at all hurt Bob or the robot but was a wonderful sight in one episode.

Sorry to hear him gone. A nice guy - Jeffrey Lu
