A Host of Dragons

A Host of Dragons is the fourth volume of the Dragon Delasangre series. Two years have passed since Peter DelaSangre has returned to the Island he shares with his wife and two children. His wife has been jealous since the seduction by the seadragon’s daughter that resulted in a child. But his sanctuary is invaded by European dragons who kidnap his daughter, and later his wife because of In-law from Hell. They also attempt to destroy his family fortune.

Peter is not amused.

In the DelaSangres, Troop has developed one of the most engaging monsters since Grendal. Each adventure, filled with angst and eroticism seemed to be happening almost to a 1950's family life with a few added powers like shape changing, man-eating, and flying. They get better with each book, and are downright fun. Enjoy. - Pam Allan
