Ghosts in the Snow

Ghosts in the Snow is a debut novel, but was left open to the possibilities of more.

Dubric Bryerly is head of security at Castle Faldorrah. Finding murderers, and saving lives has become a necessity. When the victims are slain they come to him, and only he can see their ghosts. They will not let him sleep or eat uninterrupted.

There is a killer on the rampage who seems invisible. And the death toll is rising. Nella, a linen maid paying off a debt of honor, may be next on his list. The man who would protect her is under suspicion of the crimes. Dubric must try unconventional methods to solve the murders and if he fails, the kingdom may be pushed into war.

Ghosts is a thriller; mixing fantasy, and forensic science with lots of suspense. With the plotting of a good suspense novel and empathetic characters, this is a novel that is not only a good read, but cries out for the next “ghost” story. - Pam Allan
