Crown of Stars is the concluding novel of the Crown of Stars, [a seven volume saga.]
The land is beginning to recover from the great cataclysm of the return of the lost Aoi land. But the world has been transformed. Allies have departed, but new alliances are forming, Not just Aoi are marching but Sanglant’s own friends and family are warring against him seeking to wrest the crown, block his marriage to Liath, his partner and consort and take the land for themselves.
The epic ties up more threads than a needlepoint sampler with lots of action, plotting and intrigue. The characters are well drawn, with villains . You love to hate and imperfect protagonists well worth the read, but make sure you have time set aside, it’s hard to put down. - Pam Allan
