CASFS dba ConNotations Movie Poster and
Barry Bard Movie Previews Sponsorship Agreement
CASFS dba ConNotations is pleased to assist Phoenix Metro area events by providing movie posters for your "freebie" tables and one or two movie preview panels for your event. Previously we have presented the Barry Bard Memorial Movie Previews at these events
CASFS dba ConNotations will provide:
1. Movie posters (large and small) for your "freebie" tables for all days of the convention;
2. If wanted, a one-hour movie preview and swag give-away on the convention's "preview" night; and
3. A two-hour movie preview and swag give away panel on the last day of your event.
The Barry Bard Movie Previews and the free movie posters are handled by the
ConNotations Film Editor. In return for providing the above, CASFS dba ConNotations asks for:
1. That the ConNotations Film Editor be treated as a program participant who is providing
programming each day of the convention under the same policy that applies to all other
panel participants;
2. That if the ConNotations Film Editor chooses to become committee on the convention
to facilitate coordination of the movie posters and previews that his committee title be
"ConNotations Liaison";
3. That those assisting with the movie preview panels be treated as program participants
for the days of those panels under the same policy that applies to all other panel
participants;
4. That CASFS dba ConNotations be credited as the sponsor of the movie posters and the
Barry Bard Movie Previews on the convention's web site, in any progress reports,
and in the program book; and
5. For conventions with attendance over 800 attendees, that a full time volunteer be assigned
to the ConNotations Film Editor each day to assist with the movie posters, or that he can
bring his own assistant in under the same policy that applies to all other panel participants.
